ON ALL leather pocket chalkers, the leather will actually take the shape of the billiard chalk over time, and eventually will start to drop the chalk on the floor. When that happens you have to start wrapping tape around your chalk so that it will stay in.. That's where the snap strap cover comes into play. You wrap the strap around the chalk and it pulls the leather tight holding it in. This also allows you to push the chalk up as you use it, the strap will hold it up. If anything ever happens to your chalk holder simply contact us. We'll go above and beyond to either repair or replace it at our expense.

If perhaps the leather ever did stop holding chalk, simply let us know and we'll send you a new 'boot' and fresh cord to replace it. (A photo would be nice but not necessary). Because we do not use any glue in our products you will be able to replace the chalk boot and reattach it with new cord. If it should ever lose a snap, same process.

If a cord ever breaks, be sure to save the little parts, we'll send you new cord. If you do happen to lose one those little silver accents on your pocketchalker, let us know, we'll send an extra.
